For your safety and comfort, all hair colour and chemical treatments have a minimum age requirement of 16 and over.

For your safety and comfort, all colour services require a patch test 48 hours minimum in advance of an appointment with a complimentary consultation.

If for any reason you're unhappy with the service you have been provided, please do not hesitate to let us know within 7 days and we will be happy to rectify free of charge. Fore corrections to be free of charge, they must be completed within 14 days of the original appointment. We are unable to provide refunds, however at Sara Pugh Hairdressing discretion may provide a gift voucher.

Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Where a deposit is taken for an hour appointment, the appointment cannot be moved to a later date without forfeiting the deposit.

Discounts are applied at Sara Pugh Hairdressing's discretion and can be withdrawn or modified at anytime without notice. Any discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts and are non refundable. 

Sara Pugh Hairdressing is unable to provide services for Clients who are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. 

Please arrive for your appointment 5 to 10 minutes early to relax with a drink, and to complete any paperwork we may need you to. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and you may still be charged in full.

Sara Pugh Hairdressing requires 48 hours notice to amend of cancel any appointment. If less is given you may be charged in full. Where a deposit is taken for an appointment, the appointment cannot be moved to a later date or time without forfeiting the deposit. All cancellations or amendments must be done via a telephone call to 01423 441437.
